The iconic 600 Fairbanks in Chicago, Helmut Jahn (architect), Schatz Development (developer), Bovis (construction) and I (Jennifer Sweas) as the Director of Design. I had the pleasure of working with this amazing team on this building from the ground up, and was responsible for the entire interior, all 41 stories. Initially, I had seen advertisements in Streeterville for this "soon to be building", and while I had no connections to it at the time, I knew I was going to be a part of this masterpiece somehow. This building was the first of its kind in Chicago....I even designed the coffee table in the lobby, 14 layers of lucite.
